It's been quite awhile since the last posting and I can't tell you how many people have asked, called, wondered, etc how J&C are doing. They are actually doing GREAT! A little worse for wear, but happy to be back at work and doing what they love.
Nothing new to report. Another newby to the island came to visit last week and like everyone else, left kicking and screaming. She will have fond memories of the island while she is back basking in the 15 degree weather.
Saturdays continue to be a really fun, low key day here at the cafe, with soft music and great vibe. To sit and hear the water in the pond, watch the ever present hummingbirds, and marvel at the dragonflys frolicking is mesmerizing.
Gary is coming to visit and none too soon. Always look forward to friends and family visiting and he will be no exception. There are many rum punches in my future.
